Weddings

Every couple is unique and at a different stage of the planning process. We will start with a one-on-one consultation to learn what your dream wedding looks like. Please do not hesitate to contact Event Creators for an initial consultation or any questions about our services.

FULL PLANNING

This service package offers complete aesthetic direction and styling coupled with logistical management and planning for every aspect of your event. Starting with an in-depth design meeting, we will be with you every step of the way from the initial brainstorming sessions, to cake and flowers, to colors and decor. This level of service includes complete selection and management of your entire vendor team, full event design, and all the details in between.

 

Package include:

  • Design concept and theme development

  • Site selection

  • Budget development and tracking

  • Creation of a planning timeline

  • Customized vendor recommendations

  • Appointment arrangement and accompaniment with the following vendors: venue, invitations, photography, video, flowers, decorations, hair, makeup, transportation, cake, catering, snack or candy buffet, hotel reservation, music and entertainment.

  • Vendor liaison and management

  • Rehearsal coordination (rehearsal dinner and church or ceremony)

  • Event itinerary

  • Bridal consultations & support

  • Add the day of the wedding coordination service

PARTIAL PLANNING

Our partial planning service is designed for the bride who has already started planning, but needs help pulling all her fabulous ideas together.

 

Package highlights include:

  • Creation of a planning timeline

  • Vendor referrals

  • Assistance with space layout for reception venue

  • Rehearsal coordination (rehearsal dinner and church or ceremony)

  • Event itinerary

  • Bridal consultations & support

  • Add the day of the wedding coordination service

MONTH OF THE EVENT COORDINATION

Package highlights include: 

  • A whole month of planning and coordination (no more than 12 hours the day of the wedding)

  • Two in person consultation appointments as wedding day approaches (typically scheduled four to three weeks prior to wedding day).

  • Ongoing and unlimited contact with your wedding planner via phone and email

  • 1 coordinator during the event + 1 on-call coordinator available

  • Coordination of your rehearsal and ceremony

  • Preparation of a personalized and very detailed wedding day itinerary

  • Confirmation of all vendors

  • Delivery of the itinerary to all vendors and the wedding venues – making sure everyone is “on the same page” and that there isn’t any confusion

  • Delivery and explanation of itinerary to bridal party at rehearsal

  • Essential wedding day emergency kit

  • Overseeing decorating of your ceremony and reception (making sure EVERYTHING is as you’ve planned), overseeing table set up, placement of seating cards, centerpieces, wedding favors, decoration of gift table, cake table, sweetheart table, menus, etc.

  • Assisting with distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower baskets

  • Ensuring you and your bridal party are prepared for post-ceremony formal pictures

  • Greeting your guests and directing them to ceremony area and reception

  • Ensuring your music entertainment is prepared for your entrance and has correct pronunciation of the members of your bridal party

  • Lining up and cueing wedding party for processional

  • Making sure that you, your beloved and family are comfortable and have all the attention and service you need

  • Ensuring your bridal party enjoy the event

  • Ensuring you and your partner have a fabulous time at your reception!

  • Pick-up of personal items after reception (centerpieces, cake cutter, cake topper, toasting glasses, gifts, etc.)
